These industrial burners, made of a solid aluminium die-cast monobloc, are available either in version for heavy oil up to 50 cSt a 50°C (7°E a 50°C), or for oil whose viscosity is included between 50 cSt at 50°C (7°E at 50°C) and 110 cSt at 50°C (15°E at 50°C). 
Upon request it is also available for heavy oil (up to 400 cSt a 50°C – 50°E at 50°C).
This kind of burners use a mechanical air atomization system and are provided with a double tank with pre-heater and electrical resistances to keep the fuel liquid. 
These burners are ignited by means of a pilot flame burning LPG or Natural gas.

Upon request it is also available a model made for heavy oil (up to 400 cSt a 50°C – 50°E at 50°C).
In order to keep the oil fluid, the burner is provided with a pre-heating tank equipped with low thermical load electrical resistance.
Our product is constantly developed and tested in our laboratory to ensure efficient design, easiness for assembling and safety to comply with our full CE certification.
Standard components such as solenoid valves, oil pumps and drives are assembled onto our purpose designed aluminium castings, to ensure servicing and maintenance are simple operations minimising downtime and cost.

This burner, in standard version, is suitable to work with heavy oil max 7°E at 50°C. Upon request are also available versions set to work with BTZ (viscosity 12-15°E at 50°C). The preheating section includes a tank with relative electrical resistance, a system of thermostats set up in the factory will ensure to achieve the max performance of the oil line.

The burner, built around an easily removable cover, houses the compact and neatly arranged burner components. Universal pre-wired electrical plug connections make servicing easier avoiding wiring mistakes.

CIB UNIGAS will supply, if requested, all components in order to build the oil ring according to normative UNI 9248.
