  • With the new line IDEA, CIB UNIGAS presents on the market a new conception of modern and functional burners for small and medium appliances. These burners, which are the most powerful of the range IDEA, are particularly suitable to work on boilers with high back pressures.

    In particular, NG350 and 400 fit a single “modular” blast tube suitable for standard and extensive uses.

    The series IDEA is the final result of big investments in research and new technologies. For example this new range of burners is provided with a linear and proportional system of supply between gas flow rate and angle of the butterfly valve, to ensure a smooth and regular combustion.

    The burner, in all versions, are “friendly user”. There are plugs which can be easily connected to the feeding line, all mechanical components are mounted on a plate which can be quickly taken off for maintenance. The head is adjustable through a graduated screw. The gas train can be mounted either on the right side or on the left side.

  • With the new line IDEA, CIB UNIGAS presents to the market a new concept of modern, functional burners for small and medium appliances.
    These burners are particularly suitable to work on high efficiency boilers.
    The burner is designed to be aesthetic and functional but at the same time gives prominence to innovative technologies.
    The cover, easily removable, is heat resistant (ABS material). Moreover the new boiler connection flange improves the seal and overall dimensions. A sight glass is provided for visualgihting of the flame during operation.
    All components can be fitted into a backing plate which can be moved and attached to special fixings within the burner to make maintenance easier.
    Combustion head can be easily set by the adjusting screw, without removing the cover. A special air inlet ensures the lowest noises level.

  • These burners are, in dimensions and output, the smallest burners of the new line IDEA-gas. NG35 burner can be arranged to use external combustion air on request.

    In this case the burner will be supplied with a watertight and airtight air intake, linked outside by means of a duct ten metres long.Combustion air can be easily set by the adjusting screw without removing the cover. The cover, easily removable, is heat resistant (ABS material)

    The burner is designed to be aesthetic and functional but at the same time gives prominence to innovative technologies; in fact all components can be fitted into a backing plate which can be moved and attached to special fixings within the burner to make maintenance easier.

  • The aim of the research project was to develop a low-environmental impact range of burners equipped with special combustion heads allowing emission matching the lowest values required by the European Directives.
    At all times our research and development of the combustion head had one goal: to create and produce a simple product offering maximum operational efficiency during operation on pressurised and reverse flame boilers.
    It is generally accepted that for this type of combustion chamber it is more difficult to achieve low nitrogen oxyde (Nox) emission values.
    In reverse flame boilers it is necessary to use a special combustion head to provide progressive development of the flame through the whole length of the combustion chamber. 
    This has been achieved through suitable control of rate and direction of combustion air flow.
    Low emission combustion heads also require precise control of air flow to optimise the mixture between combustion air and fuel.
    These burners incorporate all of the above parameters, resulting in a series of products offering what we believe to be the lowest Nox emissions available.

  • Thanks to its brand new combustion head specifically designed to optimise efficiency of combustion by means of a by-passing nozzle that ensures a turndown ratio 1:3. Moreover a special moveable combustion head ensures to achieve higher turndown ratio, up to 1:10.

    The reliable ignition of the burner is ensured by a pilot burner on LPG.Minimum and maximum output is achieved by means of a pressure regulator operated by variable profile cam. This product is the result of our policy made of investments in research and tests in our laboratory to improve our results continuously with particular care to the environment and reliability.

    To guarantee safety during operations, all burners are provided with a photocell “UV”.

  • This monobloc series made of a solid die-cast aluminium housing, represents all our experience made in the field of medium-large output burners. The monobloc version incorporates into the casting the combustion air fan which is mounted direct on the shaft of a three phase motor also driving the oil pump (except PG515 and PG525 burners, using a specific motor for the oil pump). The range is divided in two groups: the series NOVANTA (up to 4100 kW), and the series CINQUECENTO (up to 8000 kW), both are equipped with a by-passing nozzle to allow a ratio 1:3.The light oil output can be adjusted through a pressure regulator which effects on the return pipe line. All burners fit a control panel which includes the control box and a mimic diagram with lamps showing the sequential stages of burner operation.

    In particular, the possibility to simplify the operations of services moving the baking plate of the components, makes the maintenance shorter and safer.

  • These light oil burners cover most of the civil users and represent the best solution in terms of design and reliability.

    In fact IDEA burners satisfies the specific requirements of the market, ensuring the maximum efficiency of the performance and easy maintenance.In particular, the possibility to simplify the operations of services moving the baking plate of the components, makes the maintenance shorter and safer. 

  • These burners, from 105 to 1900 kW, can be used on pressurised boilers, hot air generators, steam boilers, hot water boilers and ovens. This range is very reliable, complying with European directives and constantly tested in our laboratory.

    These burners are also suitable to use vegetal fuel (bio diesel). This range of burners is built around a series of purpose made aluminium die-castings, assembled with a combustion air fan mounted direct on the shaft of the motor also driving the oil pump.

    Electrical control panel includes a printed circuit board, the control box and photocell.

    The combustion head is complete with one or two nozzles according to models, filter and flexibles. Ignition electrodes are fixed in single screw clamps for easy adjustments.

  • To pneumatic pulverization.
    Like the corresponding series NOVANTA-CINQUECENTO these burners heavy oil up to 4000 cSt a 50°C (530°E a 50°C) and emulsified oils), have been studied to use compressed air or alternatively steam, to atomize heavy oil.
    In this way we have achieved higher efficiency compared to mechanical atomization.
    These burners are equipped with a low pressure nozzle which permits to save fuel and, above all, to preserve the whole system from wear.
    All burners are progressive type, complete with electrical panel and oil pump motor with self cleaning nozzle system to be separately installed by the final user.
    When compressed air is not available on site, the burner can use steam to atomize oil fuel thanks to a special kit.
    A supplying system of compressed air and steam between 8 and 12 bar must be present on site.
    All burners are ignited by means of a pilot flame burning LPG or Natural gas.

  • To pneumatic pulverization.
    This particular burner series heavy oil, up to 4000 cSt a 50°C (530°E a 50°C), has been studied to use compressed air or alternatively steam, to atomize heavy oil.
    In this way we have achieved higher efficiency compared to mechanical atomization.
    These burners are equipped with a low pressure nozzle which permits to save fuel and, above all, to preserve the whole system.
    All burners are progressive type, complete with electrical panel and oil pump motor with self cleaning nozzle system to be separately installed by the final user.
    A supplying system of compressed air and steam at 8 bar must be present on the site.
    All burners are ignited by means of a pilot flame burning LPG or Natural gas.
    The standard version of the burner uses compressed air to atomize oil fuel.
    If compressed air is not available on site, it is possible to use steam to atomise oil fuel by using a special kit.
    In any case compressed air is essential:
    -to ignite the burner when steam is not available,
    -to control valves and for self cleaning nozzle.
